Ever felt like you’re too much?

The opposite would be being too little — or not being enough.

 

When we challenge the thought of being “too much,” can we genuinely say it’s true? Absolutely true? Or can you find moments where you felt just right?

Think about those moments. What was different? Notice how your body felt — a sense of ease, or perhaps tightness. Sometimes there’s a pattern in our surroundings, or in the people around us.

 

When we stay curious, we begin to notice what truly supports us — and what may no longer serve us. Your body often knows and can guide you, if you listen.

 

In reality, you are just right for the right people. Your people. Your tribe.
So be yourself — authentically, imperfectly perfect.


It’s the only way to true connection.
